Mark Drexler has gained significant education and experience in all areas of the built environment industry in a career that has spanned 3 decades.  As the son of a real estate developer, Mark received an early initiation into what is required for the synthesis of design and construction; drafting building plans at 13, and working as a carpenter at 16 and managing projects in his early 20’s.

While studying architecture and urban design at the University of Washington, Mark was a selected participant in the prestigious Architecture in Rome Program, under the direction of internationally known architect Astra Zarina.  While living in Italy, the course of study provided the historical context for an understanding of architecture and construction.  Mark also was exposed to the practical elements of building and design during this time, including working on the restoration of a centuries old building with carved stone footings that dated to the Etruscans.

The opportunity to sharpen the skills associated with fine residential building came when Mark was afforded the opportunity to work with the preeminent custom builders in southern California, and internationally renowned architects and designers, on projects that are truly one of a kind.

The full force of this education and experience is brought to bear on the projects we undertake for our clients, to ensure that the utmost in quality is achieved.
